The connected workspace for projects, budgets, contracts, and IT support.

Atlas is a portfolio workspace that takes work from pipeline intake through delivery, resourcing, financials, vendor billing, IT assets, and a service desk — connected end to end, not a dozen separate tools bolted together.

Delivery

From a proposed idea to a retired project, one connected trail.

Pipeline intake
Propose work before it's a project, with its cost code, WBS parent, owning department and estimated value from day one. Your own delegation-of-authority matrix decides who signs off by value and department — every required approver, nobody skipped — and approval creates the project with its cost code, WBS number and budget already in place.
Projects & work breakdown
Structure work as a proper work-breakdown hierarchy (WBS), with sub-programs, statuses, and departmental ownership. Leave a code blank and it's numbered for you from your own scheme — a sub-project inherits its parent's code — and renaming a code can carry the change down the whole tree.
Kanban boards
Drag-and-drop delivery boards per project, with configurable columns, WIP limits, card dependencies, and done tracking.
Project lifecycle
A real 9-stage lifecycle, not just a status label. Moving into Active, Run Down, or Completed needs sign-off from every named stakeholder before it happens, with a timeline showing exactly what moved, when, and who approved it.
Run-down planning
When a project winds down, decide what happens next — keep it running as support, migrate it fully to another team (or split it across several, each picking its own specific people and assets to move), hand it to a vendor, or retire it against an editable decommission runbook that has to be fully checked off first.
Transfers between departments
Move a project, a whole program, or a single card to another department at any stage — choosing whether its people, assets, and contracts go with it, and whether its WBS is renumbered. Optional sign-off, and a permanent record of who moved what, when, and from where to where.
Split & duplicate
Copy a project into independent versions — v2 to one team, v3 to another — each with its own WBS, board, and optionally budget. Decide per person whether they're shared, moved, or their role is cloned, and per asset whether it moves or is cloned.
Lineage
Every project remembers where it came from: the chain back to the original across repeated splits, every move between departments, and the versions made from it — even after the original is gone.
Risk & issue log (RAID)
A running risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions register on every project — anyone on the team can raise one, a project manager owns resolving it.
Portfolio overview
A cross-project rollup for anyone managing more than one project: status counts, budget vs. actual, open risks by severity, a shortlist of what needs attention right now, and a Gantt-style roadmap tab showing every project as a bar on a shared timeline.

Resourcing

Who's allocated where — recorded, not guessed.

Resourcing
A dated allocation ledger, not a guess — see who's allocated where, spot over- and under-utilization across your whole portfolio.
Time tracking
A weekly timesheet, logged per project per day, that turns into a second, independently-computed labor-cost figure right alongside your allocation-based forecast. Submit a week for approval and the project's manager can approve, reject, or reopen it — a submitted week locks against further edits until it's reviewed. Need task-level detail? Log hours straight from a kanban card instead, and its running total shows right on the card.
Org chart
A read-only reporting-line tree for every member, built from each person's manager — no separate org-design tool to keep in sync.
Skills & competency
A company-wide skill list with a proficiency rating per person — any department or project manager can look someone up and record what they know, so staffing decisions can actually be skills-driven.

Financials

Budgets, actuals, and cost codes that roll up cleanly.

Financials
Budgets, forecast lines, and actual costs roll up cleanly from project to department to company, in the base currency you choose when you sign up (US, Australian, Canadian or New Zealand dollars, pounds or euros), with budget-vs-actual and spend-by-category charts right alongside the numbers. Record any of them in a different currency and it converts automatically — every rollup always totals correctly, no manual reconciliation.
Cost codes
Your own chart of cost codes, grouped however your finance team works. Tag budget lines, actuals, cross-charges, and invoices, then see budget vs. actual by cost code next to the department and category views — and export it to CSV.
Vendor invoices & cross-charging
Bill a vendor in their own currency — the day's exchange rate converts it automatically — then split the cost onward to other departments as trackable inter-company charges, each with its own reference number.
Resource inter-charges
When someone (or an asset) works outside their home department, charge their cost to the department using them: Atlas spots the cross-department work, pre-fills the monthly rate from their position, and posts each month as a tracked cross-charge — pro-rated for part months, never posted twice.
Cost reporting
Budget vs. actual at every level, sliced three ways: down your WBS from department to sub-project, across your chart of cost codes, and per inter-charge (expected vs. actually posted). Every view exports to CSV.
ERP journal export
Each month's spend as ready-to-import general-ledger lines — cost code as the account, department as the cost centre, WBS alongside, cross-charges as balanced pairs. Download any month, or have it emailed on the 1st.

Contracts

Agreements, vendors, and engagements — linked to what they govern.

Contract management
One record for both vendor and client agreements, linked straight to the project, department, or person it governs — with renewal history, expiry reminders, and an optional internal signature record.
Vendors
Every supplier as a real record — its contracts, contacts, the people it supplies, and its compliance documents (insurance, NDAs, attestations) with expiry tracking and verification, all in one place.
Engagements & compliance
Define your own engagement categories — via an agency, direct freelancer, secondee — each with its own contract, billing and compliance rules. An engagement ties a person to a project with time-limited access that ends when it does; invoices (split across several engagements when one bill covers many people) and compliance checks follow the category, through the vendor or against the individual.
Compliance register & offboarding
Every licence, insurance, induction and certification — for vendors and people alike — in one register, with expiry alerts before anything lapses and a flag on anything an active engagement needs but nobody has supplied. Hand an auditor a one-click evidence pack, and offboard someone in one step: engagements end, access is revoked, and every record is kept.
Procurement
Draft a purchase order, route it for approval, then receive it in full or in parts — receiving a line tagged with an asset category provisions those assets automatically, straight into the pool.
Client invoicing & quoting
Draft a quote or invoice with line items and send it — a secure link is the document itself, viewable by your client with no account of their own. A quote can be accepted or declined right from that page, and converts straight into an invoice once it is.
Recurring billing
Put a client contract on a monthly, quarterly, or annual schedule and it bills itself — a real invoice generated and sent automatically, no one has to remember.
Lightweight CRM
Track a prospect from lead through won, with a logged history of every call, email, and meeting along the way. Convert a won contact straight into a draft contract with one click.

IT assets

Hardware and licenses, with a full history of who had what.

IT assets & licenses
Laptops, phones, and every software seat — allocated to a person, department, or project, with a full history of who had what, when, and how old it is. Retiring or losing an asset automatically returns it to the unassigned pool. Dependency links between assets show what breaks if one goes down, and warranty/end-of-life dates alert whoever's currently holding one before it lapses.
License compliance
Tag a license as per-seat, per-core, or per-device and track entitled vs. self-reported consumed units — summed across every active contract, with a reconciliation log you keep current and can point to when a vendor asks.
Telco cost management
Phone numbers and plans are assets. Import any carrier's bill with your own column mapping and every number's charges land where they belong — on the project holding it, or cross-charged to its department. Numbers Atlas doesn't know are flagged for reconciliation, with a log of every decision.

Service desk

Tickets, changes, and answers — the ITSM half of the platform.

Service desk
Incidents, service requests, and problems in one queue, with impact/urgency-driven priority, per-priority SLA targets, and automatic breach alerts — triaged by a dedicated support-agent role, opened by anyone. A company-scoped API key can also read and create tickets and IT assets from an external tool, with outbound webhooks for ticket, change-approval, and change-outcome events.
Change management
Standard, normal, and emergency change requests go through triage, a change-board (CAB) sign-off, and a scheduled window — flagged if that window lands inside a declared freeze period, so nothing risky slips through unnoticed.
Knowledge base
Draft and published articles anyone can search and read, authored by your support team — full-text search covers the article itself, not just its title.
Service catalog
A configurable list of standard requests — new laptop, VPN access, whatever your team fields most — that anyone can browse and submit straight into a ticket, pre-filled and ready to go.

Platform & admin

The connective tissue every pillar shares — access, branding, and a trail of who did what.

Calendar
A "coming up" list aggregating contract expiry, change freezes, scheduled changes, asset dates, and ticket due dates — each scoped to exactly what you already see on its own page. Subscribe from Google Calendar or Outlook with a personal feed link, no OAuth required.
User management
Invite people singly or in bulk (up to 50 emails at once), assign roles per project, department, or company, and deactivate an account without deleting its history — a reversible, sign-in-time-checked state, independent of removing a membership.
Notifications
An in-app bell plus email, once configured, for pipeline outcomes, work assignment, contracts nearing expiry, and every lifecycle sign-off — one event pipeline feeds both channels, so a new notification type never needs its own template.
Company branding
Rename your company, add a custom logo, favicon, and accent color across the signed-in workspace, plus an optional footer — applied the moment you save. Every workspace lives at its own private, unguessable web address, never your company name.
Light & dark mode
Switch between light and dark from any page — the choice is remembered on that device, and every chart, badge, and status color is tuned for both.
Authentication & security
Passkeys, email/password, Google, Microsoft, SMS, or your own SSO — enable whichever your company needs. A passkey signs someone in with just their device's fingerprint, face, or PIN, no password involved at all. Enterprise single sign-on (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM-provisioned users take just a few clicks to connect, no IT ticket to us required. Optional two-factor authentication (authenticator app + recovery codes) layers on top of a password or text-message sign-in.
Audit log & search
Every mutation recorded with who did what and when, browsable per company — and one search box that reaches across projects, people, assets, contracts, and tickets at once.
CSV export
The audit log, actuals, forecasts, contracts, assets, licenses, timesheets, and more each export their current view straight to CSV — no separate reporting tool required.
Bulk import & integrations
Load people, vendors, cost codes, projects and WBS, or assets from CSV — with a dry run that shows what every row will do before anything changes. API keys and signed webhooks cover projects, engagements, cost codes and cross-charges too.
Data retention
Choose how long to keep notifications, closed tickets, expired compliance documents and CRM history — off until you turn it on, with a preview first and every purge audit-logged. The audit log itself is never deleted.

Built for the enterprise, not bolted on after

Tenant isolation, sign-in, and directory sync are foundational, not add-ons — every company on Atlas gets the same guarantees from day one. Read the security overview.

AtlasSecurity
Isolated by design
Every company gets its own workspace, enforced at the database level, not just in the UI — you'll never see another company's data, and you can belong to more than one, each kept fully apart. Your workspace's own web address is a private, unguessable id too, never your company's name. Every response also carries a strict, nonce-based Content Security Policy blocking injected scripts.
Enterprise SSO & SCIM
Your people are added and removed automatically as your identity provider's own directory changes (SCIM), plus SAML/OIDC single sign-on — no directory to keep in sync by hand.
Passkeys & flexible sign-in
Sign in with a passkey — your device's fingerprint, face, or PIN, no password to phish, forget, or reuse — plus Google, Microsoft Entra ID, email and password, or a text-message code, each company choosing which methods its people can use. Joining an existing company always starts from an invite; signing up yourself only ever creates a brand-new one, never access to someone else's.
Two-factor authentication
Anyone can turn on TOTP-based two-factor from their account settings — an authenticator app code, plus one-time recovery codes if you lose it.
Notifications
An in-app bell and email keep requesters, approvers, assignees, and contract owners in the loop the moment something changes — no digging required.
One connected view
Schedule, staffing, budget, and contracts live together on every project — plus rate cards that turn an allocation into a real cost forecast.
Your data, your call
Export everything you've created across every company as a single file, or delete your account entirely — both fully self-service from your account settings, no ticket required.
